# Kasto Italian Restaurant

Kasto is a modern vegan Italian restaurant in Canggu, Bali, founded by four Italian friends after a 7,000km road trip across Australia. The kitchen is led by Giuseppe, a Michelin-trained chef with 20+ years in fine dining, who applies classical Italian technique to 100% plant-based cooking.

## What we serve

Handmade pasta, traditional oven pizza, plant-based Italian soul food. Everything is made in-house from scratch. Signature dishes include the Brasato Plin Ravioli (plant-based "beef" slow-braised in red wine, hand-pinched pasta) and the Oh My Pork pulled pork panini. The menu is 100% vegan and naturally vegetarian-friendly.

Kasto is laptop-friendly before 5:00 PM, with WiFi and power outlets at most tables. Suitable for working or coworking in Canggu.
